BFP450은 광대역 RF 증폭용 표면실장 실리콘 NPN 트랜지스터다. 데이터시트는 최소 항복 한계와 전형적인 소신호 이득·선형성을 구분한다. 900 MHz, 컬렉터-이미터 바이어스 3 V, 컬렉터 전류 90 mA에서 최대 전력 이득은 전형값 23.5 dB, 변환 전력 이득은 19 dB다. 두 이득은 정의가 다르며 모든 주파수와 바이어스 조건에서 보장되는 성능으로 해석할 수 없다.
